Courtney Shearer has been involved in natural resources businesses, primarily in various capacities in the mining sector, for the past 31 years.  He has been president, chief financial officer, corporate secretary and director for several public exploration and mining companies since 2000.  He was a director of San Gold Corp.

from 2005 to 2010, while that company grew from an exploration company to a producing junior mining ocmpany.

Fred Sveinson, P. Eng., Director
Fred Sveinson is a mining engineer with more than 40 years experience in all aspects of the mining industry.

His career has encompassed underground mining in Zambia, the United States, Venezuela, and Canada including the Arctic, to senior management levels with such companies as Echo Bay Mines Ltd. and Dynatec Corp. As President and CEO of Gold City Industries Ltd., and in conjunction with a joint venture participant, he was instrumental in acquiring in 2004, the Bissett gold mining assets in Manitoba for $7.5 million and merging them into San Gold Corp.

Paul Cowley, P. Geo., Director
Paul Cowley is a professional geoscientist with over 30 years experience as an exploration, project, and consulting geologist, including 18 years with BHP in Canada, Chile, and Bolivia. He led a team of geologists at BHP that was responsible for the discovery of 4 gold deposits in the Canadian Arctic that now have resources totalling over 5 million ounces of gold. He was also a key member of the Gold City management team that acquired the Bissett assets and carried out the San Gold merger. Paul Cowley is currently VP of Exploration of Huakan International Mining Inc.

Willis W. Osborne M.Sc., Director
Bill Osborne has spent over 30 years as an exploration geologist since beginning his career with Noranda Exploration. He has served on the boards of several junior exploration companies and was President and CEO of Great Quest Metals until late 2010, where he led a team exploring the copper-gold Taseko project in British Columbia. In Mali, he assembled a group of geologists and acquired several gold and phosphate concessions.

Rob McMorran, CA, is president of Malaspina Consultants Inc., a private company that provides accounting and administrative services to junior public companies. Rob has over 25 years experience in dealing with financial reporting and the administration of public companies, the last fourteen years through Malaspina.   Rob acts as a director or officer of several other public companies primarily involved in mineral exploration and development.
