Manalo More on Manalo Dialafara Sirabada 43-101 Technical Report
Mansaya Manalo Nord Est Manalo Sud Est Dialafara Nord Current Exploration Program

The Dialafara Zone is a 3 kilometre, northwest trending zone consisting of two, steeply dipping quartz vein zones based on their initial 4,469 metre 40 drill hole programs in 2007 and 2008. s totalling 4,469 metres. The southernmost section had been drill tested along a length of 1,300 metres and to depth of approximately 85 metres. The northernmost zone is offset approximately 500 metres to the east and had been drill tested along a length of 520 metres to depth of 110 metres. Drill intersections to 29.1 gpt Au over 6 metres have been recorded from the vein zones and 15.64 gpt Au over 16 metres in a silicified meta-psammite. The Appleton drill programs have refined this interpretation, defining two mineralization segments within th Dialafara Zone: the Northern Segment and the Southern Segment.

Dialafara Northern Segment
Drilling in the Dialafara Northern Segment continues to intersect high-grade gold mineralization along with wider lower grade intervals. The zone of mineralization now extends approximately 700 metres, centred on a zone of artisanal workings. Drill hole MDL-10-079 indicates that the mineralization remains open to the northwest. The Northern Segment appears to consist of multiple sub parallel zones across a 55 metre wide northwest trend. Drilling to date has returned several intervals between 0.30 gpt Au to 2.5 gpt Au over widths from 7 to 16 metres. In addition, the drilling has identified higher grade intercepts within the Northern Segment, including 640 gpt Au over 3 metres, 15.64 gpt Au over 16 metres and 35.67 gpt Au over 7 metres.

Dialafara Southern Segment
Drilling in the Dialafara Southern Segment continues to intersect long continuously mineralized intervals and has now defined a minimum 450 metre strike length of lateral and down dip continuous gold mineralization. This mineralization coincides with a developing artisanal site that hosted over 400 miners prior to the onset of the rainy season. The Southern Segment consists of a dominant northwest trending mineralized zone with multiple subsidiary northeast trending zones. Including the new development, there are three areas of artisanal workings along a 900 metre northwest strike length. Drilling has returned several intervals between 0.30 gpt Au to 6.27 gpt Au over widths from 5 to 61 metres, including 1.45 gpt Au over 61 metres, 1.62 gpt Au over 61 metres and 6.27 gpt Au over 25 metres. In addition, the drilling has identified higher grade intercepts within the Southern Segment, including 29.07 gpt Au over 6 metres and 9.57 gpt Au over 9 metres.

Drilling to date totals 12,754 metres of reverse circulation drilling with selected core tails and in 109 holes (including 2 core holes) and 8,392 metres of air core drilling on 162 holes. Gold values into the Dialafara veins range from background to 640 gpt Au over 3 metres in MDL-09-056. A second style of gold mineralization has been intersected in the bottom of MDL-08-036, ubiquitous fine-grained pyrite forming 2%-3% of the chips within a carbonaceous and arenaceous interval. This intersection graded 15.64 gpt Au over 16 metres.
